A responsible teen or adult (16+ years old) scheduled on an “as needed” or last minute basis during the day. Responsibilities include playing with child(ren) and making basic meals and snacks. A babysitter has zero household responsibilities, however, they are responsible for cleaning up activities & dishes while child(ren) are in their care.
Level 1 provider: a teenager 16-19 years old with less than 3 years babysitting experience
$15-18 per hour
Level 2 provider: a young adult aged 18-22 year old with up to than 5 years experience
$15-20 per hour
Level 3 provider: an adult aged 22+ years with 5-10 years of childcare experience
$20-$25 per hour
Level 4: an adult 25+ years with 10+ years childcare experience, has a college degree in education or associated with child development
$25-$30 per hour

A private nanny is hired by a family to care for children at the family’s residence and has a guaranteed hours of work each week. The responsibilities of a nanny are to prepare food for children, keep them on the family’s schedule or implement a schedule for the family, play with children, tidy up from their day, clean any dishes used while in the nanny’s care, drive them to various activities and help with schoolwork.
Additional requirements may include children’s laundry, arranging playdates, developing engaging activities, light housework, meal prep, etc.
$25+ per hour dependent on experience, certifications, number of children, and responsibilities.

We are here to connect you with a pre-interviewed and previous trialed responsible teen or adult (16+ years old) to provide childcare services scheduled between 4PM-12AM on a reoccurring, “as needed,” or last minute basis. A Date Night Babysitter has zero household responsibilities, however, they may be responsible for making a simple meal, feeding children, night time routines and putting children to bed. They are also responsible for cleaning up activities & dishes while child(ren) are in their care.
